The hotel of choice in Nairobi. What an excellent value venue with decent staff especially the receptionists! Convenient and peaceful location for Nairobi, next to the airport and the express train to mombasa normal, bars, and the airport station and the train station. Also, to National Parks in Kenya or Tanzania. A nice size and brand-new room, a shower and a shampoo in the room.

The location was perfect for quickly accessing the airport, and we enjoyed the spacious rooms. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist us with our needs. A visit to the Kenya Railway Golf Club was a real highlight during our brief stay.

My wife says that the road was quite rough, and it needs to be improved for a better experience for families.

The customer service stands out with polite and helpful staff, quickly addressing all inquiries. The room, spacious and beautifully designed, had excellent wifi and clean facilities, contributing to a comfortable stay. The homemade pies and jams at breakfast were good and added a personal touch to the dining experience. On a couple of occasions, the communication on amenities could be improved, and there were slight delays with the airport pick-up service. A solid choice for comfort and service.

The check-in process was effortless, and the reception staff greeted us warmly. The room was spacious enough for my family with two teenagers, and the bathroom amenities was really nice for an overnight stay. We enjoyed a lovely view of the surrounding gardens right from our window.

The noise from outside affected our sleep quality.
